Hi, I've been on MF 5 and 1 for 3 1/2 weeks now, down 15+ lbs. I'll give my schedule below for review but am not sure about side effects. I feel like my tummy is growling within 1/2 hour of eating every time, I'm tired - just no energy, a bit grumpy (although my hubby would say alot grumpy but whatever...) and basically just dragging. I know I struggle to get in all 5 ...

i lost weight on my own and now have a difficult 15 lbs to lose before i get to a healthy weight. i am going to be a bridesmaid at my cousin's wedding and don't want to look like beached whale. my MF journey has gone off with a bumpy start, i havent been really sticking to the plan. If i stuck to the MF plan and this schedule:
7 am breakfast: shake or soup ...

Hi, all -

As a newbie - started the MF plan 25 August, and down at least 5 pounds, I'm really liking the program.

My question is :
I have a shake when I first get up, then I either have a bar or oatmeal then take my meds/supplements...a couple hours later I'm feeling a bit green. I have to have either a shake or a soup to alleviate my nausea. Would it be okay ...

OK, puh-leeeeeeeez don't spank me for asking this: But what is the diff. between the Medifast Crackers and Fat Free Saltines? Well, besides 5 calories, 1 gram of fiber and about $2 a box? I know the saltines have more sodium... I am just realllly curious. :)

2 weeks ago and have been plateauing at 155, maybe I'm building muscle..ha ha.

I cut out the crackers 2 days ago and bars 1 day ago.

Water maybe I will drink more water, that always seems to gat the fat moving instead of the 64 oz I will step it up.

I mixed by Dutch Choco with a cup 'o Joe and it was NASTY! It was chunky, people. CHUNKY! I stirred and stirred and it was chunky! It was the yuckiest thing ever. Now, I know Miss Leopardpants enjoys her Medifast with coffee, so there MUST be something to it! What did I do wrong?! I am scared!!!!I even actually drank it! EW!!!!! LOL :(
