I am THRILLED to report that I seem to have broken through this stall/plateau! The scale is moving again and I've lost 2 lbs. since I've added the water and a little exercise on the treadmill (20-30 mins. 3 times/week)

My total is now 19 lbs. in 6 weeks. I cannot WAIT to reach 20...but at least now I KNOW I can trust this program!

BTW, tried the Creamy Broccoli soup this week - LOVED ...

I've been reading some of the posts, and it saddens me that weight can be gained back so quickly. 5 days off the diet, and 8 lbs back...etc etc. I'm very dedicated to losing weight, but if months of hard work can be gained back just like that, it's very discouraging. I'm still waiting for my Medifast to arrive in the mail. Does long term weight maintenance mean having to drink shakes for the rest ...

I created one of those cute tickers and tried to copy it into my profile. I chose the html. It said that my profile did update, but when I posted the next blurb, there was not cheerie ticker at the bottom.
