Just weighed and lost 2 lb but just wantrd to know how often sould I weigh. I have read so much on the board and everyone is so nice. :)

I have a problem. I can't NOT exercise. I'm a competitive dancer. But the site says I shouldn't exercise in the beginning because that will slow down my loss. I thought exercise burns more calories so we lose even more. Any suggestions? Has anyone lost MORE weight with exercise in the beginning?

I am back. I missed everyone. Due to financial reasons (lack of employment), I had to go off Medifast for one month. I had to do a low carb small portion diet to maintain my weight.

I got my new order on Monday and started on Tuesday. I am starting at 220 lbs. Somehow I lost 5 pounds since my last weigh in.

On the monthly sale items, does that sale end exactly on the last day of the month? I have noticed that sometimes it caries over the first couple of days into the next month.
