OK, so two blenders, and NOW my Magic Bullet this afternoon. It just DIED, and I can't find my stupid manual. I am going to return it tomorrow, and they better take it back! I even only used a teensy tiny bit 'o crushed ice like everyone says! :(

I am blender cursed.

Now I gotta drink a chunky shake. ...

Does anyone eat there meals in any particular order. I am starting, I hope tomorrow if my box gets here tonight! I want to get the most results possible!!!! What about the Chia Tea??? Is that considered a meal?

hey all,

just wanted to get an idea, which of the shakes are your favorite? i have tried the swiss mocha (not that big a fan) :(, the french vanilla (i really didnt like :( , and the dutch chocolate (which is my fave :D ) what about the others?

I noticed on the Medifast site that people can make oatmeal cookies out of the oatmeal. Does anybody mind sharing the recipe?

Hello out there!!! I would like to know if anyone has had a lot of wieght to lose and suffered with extreme knee and back pain? IF you have lost wieght, has it helped the aches??? I am SO hoping that this is going to help me feel better! I need to lose about 150 lbs! I cant believe it wont help tremendously!

I was planning on checking in this Sunday, but if history is an indicator I will probably be without electricity by then. I am finally wearing those favorite pair of jeans and couldn't be happier. I'm sweating it a bit though as I have a 4 day supply left and my next shipment is due tomorrow along with Rita. :shock:
