ok so I love broth but I woke up feeling way too puffy after having it last week. So I stopped having broth and I looked for a lower sodium alternative. I was only here for about a week when I found out I was pregnant and had to stop my diet. I, unfortunately, had a miscarriage, but feel I am ready to get back on track. I started again this morning, and have set a first small goal of 20 lbs.

i tried to add a picture to my profile but it keeps saying 'This does not appear to be one of your identities'... Ive tried downloading from my harddisk and from a CD-ROM and from a floppy but its still the same bs...how do i get my picture in there?

I'm an avid coffee drinker who is always trying to cut down/watch my caffeine intake.

Earlier this week I was feeling really bad. Hungry all the time and weak, fatigued. I was beginning to blame Medifast when I realized...I was drinking decaf instead of the half caffeinated/half decaf blend that I'd been drinking before!

It was just withdrawal from caffeine and not MF.

My point is, it might not be a good idea to try ...

I am so excited!!!!! I lost 10 LB!!!! This is the first diet I have been on that I know i can do, and I can reach my goal, that feels good. I know I am not alone that I have so much help. A big Texas Thank You to all :lol: :lol:

My package comes on Wednesday, the 28th!!! FINALLY!

I've been considering getting into ketosis before starting the plan so I can at least avoid the hunger spells. I've done Atkins before, so i know how to get into it. Is that a good idea? Or would the introduction of the shakes disrupt my ketosis balance?
