Well...for those of you who dont know me...I was a medifaster long ago..I lost about 50 pounds...then decided I was "cured" and went on my merry way to enjoy the summer....along the way, I discovered my addiction to food again...and gained most of my weight back. I tried to come back to medifast a few times, but with only a week or so under my belt of true medifasting..untill I would slide again. ...

You are by far the most encouragingly enthusiatic poster I've watched here! I dig your signature posting style. I truly think that you are SUCH and effective communicator that if an illiterate person were to "read" your posts they would understand completely because of all the visual cues.

The best compliment ...

It has been AWHILE since I last logged in. I have been working the program (although not 100% compliant). I have held fast at the 212.6 mark for a straight four weeks. Nancy gave me some tips, and I realized that I was not drinking enough water, since now I am exercising too.
Finally, I made it down to 210! Yeah! I am so excited. I know I still have a long way to go, ...

It seems like one of the biggest struggles with weight is clothing. It affects how we look and how we feel. I know that many times, just the thought of shopping was enough to send me down a self-hatred spiral. It is something we all have to deal with and so I'm sure many of us have found hidden gems of the clothing world -- things that actually fit AND look good.

My problem is ...

Is this possible?? I will definetly take it, dont get me worng, but I cant believe my scale? I am guessing it is because I have quitea bit to lose....... this is Wonderful!!!!!

Finally after a MONTH LONG stall I am down a measly 1/2 lb and into the 80# club club. That is if I am not up a 1/2# tommorrow. Anybody got any magic stall busters?
