I just got my box of medi-fast and am starting tomorrow. I have planned my menus and am actually excited--and a little nervous, too. Well I got through another wing night with no bites, licks or tastes! :whoohoo: AND.....I had a luncheon today at work and ate chicken and broccoli with a small salad...I didn't dip into the cookies or the pizza!! :bananadance: I just had to share that because it makes you feel good about yourself when you make the right decisions ...

Hi gang!! I am about to burst in tears!! Here's my miserable post!

FUSTRATION: :x :x I started Medifast on Saturday the 9th. I lost a whooping 7lbs in just 2 days. Great right???? Not so great! The scale hasn’t budged down ever since Monday the 11th!!!!!!!!! ...

What happened to them? They don't even say they're sold out; the bars just aren't even listed anymore. Please, please, tell me they haven't been discontinued.

Probably some of you already know, but for those of you struggling to find DaVinci, Torani, and Walden Farms products...
