I have a quick question. I'm so impressed and encouraged by everyone's weight tracker graphic bar that shows how much weight lost and how much to go. How do you create this graphic??

Also, can I combine my lean and grean with two proteins (i.e. 4 oz of Cod fish and 1 boiled egg)??

Yesterday I input my Lean and Green meal into Support In Motion and entered in 6.2 ounces of protein for my chicken because that is what the scale said. Well, SIM counted that as HIGH OP for the lean which seems a little strange. So just to be naughyt I changed it to 6.1 to see what it said and it still read HIGH. :| *of course ...

Why don't you guys make a sticky on this board about ALL the rules and details about posting ALL pictures and images of any kind in any location, including signatures, so that anyone can look them up before hand.

I did so good on MF this summer, went from 185 to about 155! Felt awsome. But then I started cheating...a little here...a little there...and now I gain back at least 5 pounds, if not 10 pounds. Probably is 10 pounds, but I refuse to get on the scale right now.

I started this morning, but after only 2 hours found myself eating a candy bar that I did not get rid of before ...
