Today proved to be the hardest day for me I had a shake at 8;30 before church and i did not have another shake untill 12;00 I had prevesiously made to have on hand, Then I got home and made a sunday tradtional breakfeast, which was highly tempting..... So i'm starting over tomorrow. I did it for the first week and lost 6 pounds, then for 2 weeks did it 1/2 way but i need to buckle down. I'm hoping to lose the 6 pounds again in time for a wedding on friday. I want my dress to fit. :x
