I did one full week! :) I am psyched!!! I lost 6lbs. Better than nothing. I've been drinking all my water and have not cheated once! I feel awesome. I do wish the weight would come off a bit faster-but hey it didn't get there overnight either.

So off for week 2. I can do this.
