Hello everyone! After doing extensive research and reading through this site, I decided to give Medifast a try! I'm now on day 5 and must admit that its quite wonderful! I'm down 3 1/2 lbs so far. My goal is 40lbs...can't wait to get there!
Quick question...I accidentally threw away my instructions for the chocolate pudding....can anyone advise on the directions???
I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for my runny pudding for some reason my pudding comes out runny, most of the time. I make it like the directions say but it still comes out runny, I don't like runny pudding and my husband won't eat it either. :aarggh
Has anyone else had this problem?? Please let me know. Thanks
Ok...so far, so good...I am almost done with day 4....yesterday was tough...just trying to break the habit of perpetual snacking that my life has been for years. I had 7 Medifast meals yesterday...and was very happy that I did not eat any other thing. Today I had lettuce with my evening soup and added some celery to the soup and it was heavenly!! I realized today that I need to have that lettuce at night ...
I'm a restart - this time for the LAST time! I'm sick and tired of being a fattie! My stepdaughter is getting married in July and I am bound and determined to get down to 140 by June 30, 2006. That is my promise to myself and this wonderful support group.
Okay, what is going on with me? Did I peak too soon for the holidays or what?
I was tried and true on Turkey Day (despite making and NOT tasting 8 items for dinner). While I was prouder than proud of myself for sticking to my guns and NOT tempting fate, something felt so off -- was it the lack of shoveling every morsel into my mouth or what?
I'm thinking about picking up a magic bullet blender and taking it to work every day so I can have a decent shake at work. How bulky is the base? I carry a large tote with me every day and am hoping this won't be too difficult to bring along. Any thoughts? How big is this thing, anyway? I wouldn't bring a full-sized blender but I'm hoping this will be more portable.
Please put me in the 20# club! Actually, as of this morning, the end of my 3rd week, I hit 21.5 pounds! This almost seems insane. :-) Does anyone ever feel like the scale is lying to them? I am totally not kidding! I keep wanting to make sure it calibrates to 0 pounds in between, because, while I certainly can see some differences, to have lost 21.5 pounds so fast ...
