2. When signing on, i click on the box "sign me in automatically..." however, whenever i come back to the site, i still have to sign in manually.

Lost 2.6 pounds this week, one overnight. So I made the 100# club and am definitely maintaining below my goal weight of 135! I really didn't expect such a good loss (for me) this week. I was pleasantly surprised this morning. I don't jump up and down anymore and call my sister at 5am her time when I make a club now but I just smile. :)

Ok, so I am schedualed for ankle surgery on Dec 21st and I know I will be required to stay in the hospital at least one night, though it is possible I will be there 2 or 3 nights. Well i titled it Inner Couch Potato but my couch potato seems to be internal and external. I guess the question is, there are quite a few on here that just "can't go" without exercising daily.
