I wanted to do a quick introduction since I will be joining everyone tomorrow. My food has arrived, the junk food has been thrown out, I've written down my goals and all of my "Whys" of losing the weight, and I have even taken the before pictures. :whattha: (sorry won't be posting those until I have some progress to report) ...

Okay...I am trying this in total secrecy because my coworker is on the plan and has lost TONS of weight...but she is becoming a little cult-ish about it. I see lots of great losses for so many people starting the new year and lots of new members ready for great losses. Woohoo!

I'll start with my "bad news" first:
I only got half-way through December with my restart. It was going so well, down to 190 before I slipped right off MF. Family, friends, parties, celebrations, out of town trips, vacations, out of town visitors... I know, I know, all excuses ...
