Yep, been almost two weeks and no loss to report...well, I know I have lost some, but don't have actual confidence in my numbers, so I'm waiting to see more results.
I saw my rheumatologist yesterday and I am starting another round of icky antibiotics, (three at a time until summer, then two - or as long as I can tolerate it...) I was so concerned that the antibiotics would hinder weight loss, after all ...

Hi. I see weigh in is on Sunday here. I hope it's okay to post on Thursday since that is my weigh in day. I lost 3.5 lbs. this week, that is a total of 9.5 in 2 wks. I feel great :D

Well, I have been on before but under a different name a few months ago. Age has made me forget my user name (ha ha) and I decided to just take another name. I started Medifast on September 28th and am now down 58 lbs!!!!!!!!! I love this diet!!!!! Decided that maybe the forum was a place to come and hang out and read peoples thoughts and Ideas!!!! ...

Need some advice or just uplifting comments with similar experiences. Been on medifast one week now and am down 5.5 lbs. I'm happy about this but one problem. I did shakes only and a lean and green for the first 4 days and lost 5 lbs. Over the next 3 days when I added other medifast supplements, I only lost 1/2 lb. Does this mean my body responds to the shakes more? Should ...

Just wanted to let you all know I weighed today and guess what!...........Are ya'll ready....okay, okay, I lost 14 pounds!!!! I know it's water weight BUT it's still 14 pounds lost! I feel so good about this. I can't wait to get on with the next few weeks. I've been on the "complete" plan....no food.
