Hi! I picked this name because I am hoping to connect with some people on MF who are under 5 feet. I am new to MF but not to low carbing which has helped me take off 14 lbs. since I retired two years ago. I would love to chat with others who lose slowly. I keep reminding myself that each lb will have a greater impact on how I look, but it is hard ...

The jeans makers have obviously made a mistake. I tried on the equivalent of size 8 jeans today (they were Wrangler Aura jeans, which are sized larger, so a size 8 is labeled a size 6) ... and they fit!!

I'm stunned. And in serious need of counseling, since to me I look almost the same as I did 40 pounds ago.

And by the way, does anyone know what a good goal size is ...

IF you do the complete fast, is it 5 or 6 supplements a day? Thank you.

Can we stir fry our meats and vegetables in a wok?

I have avoided the camera for too long. My daughters are not happy that there are very, very few pictures of me. So, here I am and here I go.

I was reading about some people getting new scales so we went out and bought a new one. Ours was very old, but showed our losses and that's what counts.

BUT.....our new scale is 8 pounds heavier!! aacckk!!! :x

That sucks big time! I weighed side by side and I'm still counting my 10 pound loss since I did lose, but I changed my ticker. A little ...

Hello all!!! this is day 7 for me and as soon as I get off work I will weigh myself and let you guy's know. I have one question what is the legal amount of bullion we can drink is it 8 or 12 oz???? I have found that really helps me when I feel a little hungry but I dont want to over do it either.

I am not sure if this is answered elsewhere - I could not find it.

WHERE do you order chili? I can't find it. I LOVE chili and was really hoping this would help me stick!!

Can you make your own if you follow a certain recipe?? If so - where should I look for that?
