So, I received a resounding no about the fat free cream cheese. I got the info from the FAQ section, topic General FAQ, scroll 4/5 of the way down, and there is a section from Nancy dated 5/11/04 about free foods. This includes ff cream cheese, ff sour cream, etc. I knew I wasn't dreaming, that I had seen it somewhere. But, those who answered said no. So, my question is ...is all ...

Do I have to have 5 supplements every day? I can usually only do 4...I think I'm just drinking so much that I'm too full.

Please go to Frequently Asked Questions. Then click on General FAQ from Medifast website (updated 5/11/04). If you scroll down about 3/4 of the way, there is a section added 5/11/04 from Nancy about Free Foods. Fat free cream cheese is listed; but what I can't tell is if it's in reg. plan or maintenance.
