Hi, I'm really new, just starting my second week, and my first time ever on Medifast. I have a question about soda. Is it OK? Diet soda, I mean. Can I have one or two per day, as many as I want, or should I avoid it? Thanks

Can someone please tell me the approximate number of calories we are supposed to consume during our "lean and green" and how many for the entire day. I am afraid that I am going to make my body think I'm starving (even though I'm not even hungry)! :)

Hi everyone! I started MF on 1/11/06. So far it is going great!--With the exception of Saturdays----that's date night with my husband and the first two weeks I was on nothing but shakes! I wasn't a very fun DATE! But last Saturday I ate a lean and green for the first time.

I actually tasted my food for the first time in along time. Usually to busy stuffing it in(scared someone might steal it HAHA). ...

I'm just so tickled I had to share. It's one thing to see the numbers on the scale going down but.......today I looked in the mirror just before I stepped into the shower and the actual physical changes of living this way are starting to show. :woohoo: I am so glad we have this tool to take back our health.

Wow, I've been gone for a couple of months and I can't believe all the new people in here....its great! I knew I was coming back eventually, but did not want to come back over what I had already lost, so I have been back on the wagon for 2 weeks and actually am down 4 lbs from where I left off!...I feel a little more worthy ...

So I started last Monday and I lost 11 pounds by Sunday and then on my weigh in dayMonday it was up and I had only lost 7 pounds. Still good but I was discouraged (easy to do with me). So I weighed myself this morning and I am down 9 pounds.

I guess I shouldn't be discouraged because it is going down - but I have to admit, last night I was a tad ...

I started Medifast on 1/23/06, but their support system was not adequate for me. I am all about forums and being able to get the honest answers I need. The Medifast nutritionists on there were quite nice, but they do not have a threaded message board, so you could never tell if you were answered unless you happened to include your email address and were emailed...but I was getting spammed from people that took my ...

Hi, Everyone.
I emailed a couple of photos of me at my heaviest. One is of me and my baby right when we got home from the hospital. That's Scott's room that my mom and I decorated. It is so cool!!! Granted, I truly did "just have a baby" in that shot, I think I was 194 lbs.
