Ok, now I love oatmeal, and the MF oatmeal took some getting used to it. Now I have it every morning. Today I decided to bring one to have for lunch, but I didnt put the two packets of splenda in that I usually do. I couldn't take it.

Point is, try adding some splenda to the oatmeal, if you are like me and like sweets, it just makes it 100% better.

WHATS THE DIFFERANCE???

between a trusted member and a regular member???

I wanted to know because I have seen posts by some who just joined like myself and some are catagorized as "Trusted" And some are "REGULAR" like my self... who and why are we catagorized???

I would like to know what separates us especially when we are all here for the same goal???

OK, it's my turn to tell about an accidental and absent minded MF mix-up.

It was time for my chicken noodle soup (my fav soup). I put the bullion powder in my bowl, then opened the pack and emptied it into the bowl. That's when I noticed it...some how, a banana blitz shake made it into my chicken noodle soup box and now was mixed in with my bullion!!! LOL No, I was NOT brave ...

I am currently doing Medifast (I love it) but have a 3 day convention at a retreat facility where all the food will be prepared for us with little choice as to what is offered. I need some ideas on how to effectively travel with Medifast and how to attend all day conferences and still be able to stay on the plan.

Hi, wow my stomach sure is grumbly! I don't feel too good, does this end? I am getting all 5 meals wich taste good, L&G and drinking all the water. I know the first week can be hard and I am not giving up. Please send encouragement :(

I really need a talking to here....I started the medifast on 1/21. I weighed myself on 1/28 which was a week and I lost 7lbs which was great.. :yippee:. Then I just weighed myself today which is five days later and I only lost 4 ozs. :cry: . I though I was to lose ...

I am not a vegatarian, but is it permissable to occasionally substitute vegetarian foods listed in the Quick Start booklet for my Lean and Green Meal, such as eggs, cottage cheese, etc. and omit the meats?

What is the difference between ordering from here as opposed to ordering from Medifast. I haven't liked the service I have gotten from them so far.
