I've been doing the program since November and have now lost 35#. I'm thrilled about my progress, but my weight loss stalled around the middle of January and hasn't budged significantly since. What I've read about plateaus is that they usually hit after you lose about 50# or after 6 months on a program, I'm obviously not in either category. I'm working out gently five times a week, just simple walking and basic strengthening exercises. ...

I just read the post about "eating problem" and I couldn't agree more. I come from a long line of eaters. We eat, in my family. We eat when we're happy. We eat when we're sad. This is pre-mature. I ordered the value pack and 14 Chilli and 7 minestrone soups come in the package. I only eat poutry and fish.

I am willing to trade for anything. Heck, I don't know what I like and don't like yet. But I do know I won't eat either of them. I think I would prefare shakes or coco, coffee :idea: .

Do herbal supplements affect MFast weight loss in any way? Just wondering, because I take some multi-complex herbal supplement for peri-menopausal symptoms and some nights a Melatonin to aid sleep. I'm trying to clean house, and I keep having to stop to pull my pants up. They're not falling off, but they keep sneaking half-way down my rear.
