I'm not sure if this is the right area for this but I know it is a question I hear asked often so I thought I would share.

My downstairs neighbor and dearest friend in Florida is an adorable little 94 year old lady. Yes, you heard right, 94...how much of a kick is that, considering I am in my thirties? LOL...well, my dear little friend and I do things together a minimum of twice ...

Started medifast last Thurs. 02/16 I have lost 7 lbs. this week I am pretty thrilled with that although I think I really hoped it would be more.

From Jan ,3-Feb 16 I lost 8 pounds, before I started medifast, this loss brings my total loss to 15 pounds. :D It IS gonna be a happy new year!

I had been wondering for the longest time if you could split your lean and green meal into two smaller meals. I know you must have your L & G meal with both carbs and proteins at the same time, i.e., you cannot have a salad at lunch and just eat your protein at dinner.

Whenever I undertake a major project, I find it helpful to establish "mini-goals" so that I don't get overwhelmed. I also have found that it helps me to share my mini's with others so that I am more accountable. So, here it goes...

...My first "MediFast Mini-Goal" is to lose 10% of my starting body weight (for me, this is 20#)

For the last few shakes I've been worried about the quality control at Medifast: I grab a packet, vigorously shake the packet to ensure the powder is all at the bottom (want to get all that yummy-ness) and notice powder flying around the kitchen! I look at the packet and there's a hole! :shock:
