I have had a very very bad year....I fell when I was in Ireland for 5 months and fractured the base of hip replacement, plus a lot lot more...to be continued later...I am debating on whether to return to Medifast?????

My best friend of 28 years just died and my young nephew of 40 just died, etc. etc.

I have put on more weight than I have ever have on in my life....I ...

I am just a little tickled, my kids have been sick and I have been keeping Biki hours, but I filed my taxes :) yesterday, the IRS accepted them tonight and I will see return in 9 days!

Just had my oatmeal this morning and had some questions. I have been on this for almost 3 weeks now. Down 8lbs...did I do something wrong? I have a tendancy to sneak in 1 single potato chip or maybe a couple of grapes is that bad? Will this totally throw this thing for a loop? I am being honest its only 1 single ...

I just heard that Medifast is introducing a new product to speed up your metabolism called Momentum. Has anyone else heard about this. There are two kinds. One that you add to water that comes in three flavors and the other is a shake, or pudding. Sounds pretty interesting !

Ok I'm so exhausted today. I have been on the program exactly one week. I felt great all week till today.
I lost 10lbs my first week! Why do I feel this way

Yesterday I did a 4 and 1, I missed a meal could that make me so exhausted??

Also I amout of pudding canI use the Jello ?

It is 60 calories, 1 fat 13 carbs ??? Any thoughts?
