Hey everyone! I am traveling to Seattle next week to visit my brother, sister in law and adorable little nieces. I will be gone for a week, and I am wondering how on earth to pack my MF and still have room for clothes and all the other important essentials?

Does anyone have any tips for packing MF for a plane ride, and still not taking up too much room? ...

Ok as I said I am prepairing to order for hte first time. I am torn tho there is a deal where you get 5 weeks for the price of 4 and free shipping. Although I am stuck with the food they send. Now I am confused I thought you are suppose to have 3 shakes a day? there are not enough shakes in the 5 week pack to have 3 a day. I would ...

I thought about doing the fast all week and on weekends have the 5&1. How do you feel about that and if I were to do that how many would I have a day?

Oh my gosh when I got home today the kit was here! I'm getting real nervous! I guess I just don't want to fail at this......I won't be starting until March 6th. I leave on vacation Wed and get home Sunday.
