I have read that you should only have one bar a day. Since pudding generally fits in the same "treat" catagory, I was curius if they are included in that?

Tommorow is my first day and I mixed some of the Chocolate and Banana Puddings, just to have some already made. Plus, it gave me a chance to lick the fork to see if I would like them...good news, both tasted great.

I was wondering ...

would be something he or she would enjoy. Another persn referenced vanilla pudding made from a vanilla shake and a spoon oof vanilla SF FF pudding powder.

I have made a few times and just now for breakfast tomorrow some cheesecake pudding. Here is what I did:

1 Vanilla Shake powder
1 cup cold H2O

Blend it up

Add in: 1 spoon of cheesecake SF FF pudding mix
3-4 ice cubes.

Whip it up ...

I guess you guys probably don't see many military people on here, but, "we" too, have problems! Especially being 5'2". We must weigh in at 149lbs for our maximum and if we go over that weight then we are measured by a measuring tape. We must be 33% body fat or less. I am right at 33% and I weigh 174lbs. Ok sooo i thought i would get ontrack on march 2nd- and it is march 5th and i haven't been so good.
I got my new order in! full months supply! I wasn't going to order the bars this time but i ordered 3 boxes WHAT a mistake!!!!
I finished a box in one day!!!!
im sooo compulsive!! and i had to sample every new item in my order!! uggg im like a little kid!! ...

What about these as your lean and green, plus a salad. They are tasty in a time pinch, very low calorie (avg 200) and don't seem pakced with fat or anything.

Opinions??
