I'm just wondering something as I'm sure a lot of others are. Can you that are on maintenance tell us approxamately how many calories you eat a day to maintain and how many supplements of medifast you incorporate into your daily diet?? Thanks.
I started Medifast on Thursday and have lost 10 lbs. so far! I have had slight headaches on Day 2 and Day 4 but have felt no hunger. I also have really enjoyed reading through the testimonials and tips on this forum. :mrgreen:
i haven't stuck to the program since nov. i am maintaining. i want to get off at least 10#s this month so i can say that i'm offically DONE. wish me luck

Just a question for y'all, Can we put REAL mayo in our tuna?? I can't stand the lite mayo and LOVE tuna. If I use the mayo in place of the salad dressing is this ok? I usually mix up a can of tuna with pickles and onions and put it on my salad in place of dressing.
