Im still a newbie and not positive how all this works with the ordering and the Health advisors. I placed my first order directly thru the medifast websight but this last weekend I recieved a call from Becky, my new Health advisor, after I introduced my mom to medifast and she was very friendly and knowledgeable so I do plan to place my next order thru her. I don't know if she will actually be ...

I started three days ago, and I've not lost any weight. I'm not terribly concerned about this, but considering the amount of that most people lose in the first week, I'm a little surprised.

When did most of you start to see the pounds drop?

I'm a newbie, so bear with. :lol:
Have one full box plus 5 more pkgs of Cran-Mango Punch.
Will trade for same amt of chia and hot cocoa.

Are they bad to have? I guess it is like a Chicken breast???

For those of you that like this. Just thought of it. Instead of water, add 8 oz Green Tea to a packet of Vanilla Shake. Add a few packets of splenda and put in bowl or popsicle molds. Voila, green tea ice cream or popsicles!!

When I did WW there was an abbreviation that mean Non Scale Victory (NSV). Well I just had to share an NSV.

I have to buy new undies and they don't need to be the big ol' white granny ones!!!!!! I can get smaller sized ones that are pretty and did I mention SMALLER :D
