OK, today after church we went to eat at Pearl's Oyster Bar. It's a chain that has cajun type food. Well, I got a tabasco caesar salad with blackened yellowfin tuna, rare, on top. Delicious. Tried this tonight, I got the recipe from another MF websight and thought I would share.
1 pkg mf choc pudding
1/3 cup water
Your favorite SF Davinci syrup/ I used English Toffee
Dash of cinnamon (optional, I find it intensify's the choc flavor)
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and freeze! Yummy lil treat

Hi guys, just wanted to let you in on a new "secret" I've discovered. Using butter extract!! I used butter extract in my cinnabon shake today instead of butter buds, or molly mcbutter it was yummy.
I just made some asparagus with mushrooms green peppers and onions, put a little water in the bottom of the pan some butter extract seasonings to my taste and sauteed on low..... OMG it was yummy very buttery flavor. ...

I've always been a fan of zuchinni when I eat is as part of a japanese meal. I'm sure it is doused with soy sauce though, so I doubt it would work well on this plan.

1/4-1/2 cup of low fat/low sod chicken broth
3/4 cup lettuce mix
3/4 cup of julienne zuchinni, diced tomato, sliced mushrooms, minced garlic
