I am going to be on the Take Shape For Life Monday night Nurse's Support Call this evening.

I am filling in for Nurse Lori just this one evening.

This is a conference-type call where people phone in, listen to a short topic and or ask questions about the program if time permits.

I have a hard time. I'm usually full about 1/2 way through. 7oz of chicken is more than I ate before and then all the veggies...is it bad if I can't eat it all?

I have:
2 boxes apple cinnamon oatmeal meals (14 meals)
2 boxes chicken noodle soup meals (14 meals)

I would like something in this list on a meal-for-meal trade basis:
Bars - any kind, love em
RTD vanilla or chocolate

I have never tried the chili, but would consider trading for a box so I can try it.

I also have various packets from other boxes of oatmeal and soups but I didn't want to ...

Does the being cold part ever get better? I have my heat cranked up to 75 and I'm shivering!! :whattha: My gas company is gonna be happy with me. Never get a hot flash when you need one!! I can honestly say I can't wait for summer and those 105 degree days..... Im frozen!!
