My name is briget and I have been on this program for 15 days and am 17 lbs down. :D I am very happy with that. I have not cheated or really felt hungry. Spicing up some of the foods helps me alot but to be honest only the chili is something I cannot quite get into.


I am so happy to find a board ...

Still procrastinating over this program. Seems I've tried everything and nothing works (or I don't work at it). I'm a single mom and the cost of the program is what's putting me on the fence. I've read so many positive things on this site, but how do I know that this is the program for me? How did you guys know?

This is my first day and it has been pretty smooth! I am committed for today and I will get up tomorrow with a new commitment for the days journey.

I started a aniexty, stress and depression CBT today. It is self-help - so I helped myself.

Not sure where this is going to take me - but I am going to enjoy the ride. I don't have a certain destination in mind ...

Just placed my first order yesterday and have a couple of questions while I wait :D

Scheduling: Figuring I will have my first shake at 7 am and go to bed at 10, I can't fit a 5th shake in if I do every 3 hours. Do I just skip it or make my intervals less than 3 hours to squeeze it in?

Are they legal on a Diabetic 5 and 1 program? I ordered some a month or so ago...before deciding to go on the Medifast Diet. They are listed as having zero calories, fat and carbs, 10 mg of sodium and zero protein?
