Hi everyone. I have been on the diet for five days and have lost 8 pounds already. Am so excited and think I will have no problem staying on the plan. Have tried many other diets in the past and this one is the best. I have a total of 110 pounds to lose. I weighed in first day at 245.5 and went down so far to 237.5. Loving this website.

How long am I a newbie? When can I be something more? Just wondering...

Today is Day 7 and I have been really strict and good but today I sneaked 7 McD french fries from my kiddos' Happy Meals - I had my shake right before going in but I was still hungry. Will that stupid move kick me out of ketosis? Also, I was thinking about ordering some ketosis strips, do those really work? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Well it's my 4th day and all is well.
I'm a little light-headed tonight. I'm getting plenty of water, I think.
How's this sound: Before the 1st shake I drink 8oz of water then the shake.
Then I drink 16oz of water to rinse out the jar.
Half-way before shake 2 I drink another 16oz's
Then I repeet this each time through the day.
I drink a total of 184oz of water per day.
