I keep reading you should have 3 shakes a day.I ordered the variety 4 week pack and it ony comes with 49 shakes..thats less then 2 shakes aday.Hmmmmmmm.....

Can any one help me on this ? Do I have to have 3 shakes aday? Or can I have any 5 replacements....plus my lean and green????

Hello everyone this is my fourth week on the program I have lost 15 lbs and have been at a stand still for abt 2 weeks I haven't lost another lb I had a beautiful baby girl about seven weeks ago after having my son fifteen months ago I am really past ready to loose the weight I have increased the water and an enjoying my m\f meals bite by bite is this normal help

I have been drinking TONS AND TONS Of water so that cant be it..

some one very nice suggested i remember to take Vitamin's so i did today.

And TODAY I HAVE NO HEADACHE I FEEL GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!

So hope i am some what past the headache stage... Yippie

BF myself and the dogs are headed to the drive-in movie theatre tonight for a double feature...we'll be there for 4+ hours. I'm bringing a shake and I know I can have 2 pickles...but ummm...does this include those huge ones at the movies?

My name is Doug and I live in Orange, Texas.

I started the diet Sunday and weighed 209. I have done the 6 - 0 plan. I have not strayed from the diet one bit. As of this morning, I weigh 201.

I had been around 160-170 for most of my life. My weight has been as high as 230 lbs. I gained the weight after my mother and mother-in-law died within 6 ...

and Monday will be one week for me!!
