156 lbs. gone in 9 months, and the most amazing thing for me is I have been able to maintain and keep it off for almost 1 year. The attached photo will be 1 year old around the middle of May. I now weigh between 141 and 135. I am committed to get to 125 soon.



I weigh myself daily and once the scale creeps up and one of my 3 pairs of jeans ...

I use the smaller Medifast shaker for practically everything, except for the hot soups and oatmeal.

I was rinsing out the shaker one day, and thought, why not recycle this strawberry rinse water? Believe me, I am not one of 'those' who recycles everything, either! Anyway, I went outside to the lanai, and added the water to a plant, and with each shake after that, I watered the rest of the plants. Water I only ...

I'm in the 60s, baby! Woo Hooo! :woohoo:

I didn't even make the Roll Call this week because my loss never wants to show up until Tuesday or Wednesday. And I know my scale will change its mind for the rest of the week, and I won't see a number lower than 169 until maybe next Tuesday, so I have to LIVE for THESE moments!

For about 9 months! I just found out I'm pregnant! I'm due December 13th, so I'll be Medifasting in spirit. :) DH is staying on program and planning to be at goal by Christmas, then I'll join him!

I'll be popping in from time to time.....

I am so excited! I ordered Medifast after reading this forum over the last few days and I am sooo ready for this! I should receive my order by Friday...I can't wait to start. I need to lose 60 pounds..and I really want to do it quicky! I thought at first I would not even bother to post..but all your stories are so inspiring..I couldnt resist...I already feel like I have a network of support! ...

Is the ordering site going to be updated soon? I really hate it. Not only is it extremely slow but it's not organized good and a few things now have different names. (Banana Blitz is Banana Creme for one)

Can I order from the Medifast site and you guys still get credit? :?

I am new to Medifast. Just starting my 2nd day. I didn't know this board existed until last night, and boy am I glad I found it! I ordered from the actual Medifast site. Tried their message board, but I personally didn't care for it. I just did a search last night and found this one, and I am so grateful. It is tremendously better than the other, IMHO.

Ever since the pizza, I've cheated. Sometimes a little, sometimes a lot, but at least once a day. I'm doomed to be this weight forever because I have no self-discipline.

Like the first weekend when I didn't give in to temptation and felt empowered by the success that transcended every facet of my life, so does my lack of self-control.
