Hi all. 3 weeks till Mexico and i have lost a total of 19.5 pounds it has been a journey and i had a few set backs but i am determined to lose 10 more punds in 3 weeks, i now am starting to fit in to all my OLD skinny clothes.

I have been on MF for about 8 weeks and I'm one of those poor, unfortunate souls that does not enjoy water. Every day I literally STRUGGLE to get my 64 oz down; however, today, I had 88 oz of water and I didn't even give it a 2nd thought. I must be winning this water war!

Hi everyone. I am sorry I havent been around for several days. I have really missed reading all of your posts. I received a phone call Saturday, and my mom told me that a very special cousin of mine(only 29 yrs old by the way), had passed away. Apparently she had an accidental drug overdose, but we wont know for sure until next week. Her funeral was yesterday. It was so hard. I livein Hawaii ...

It has taken a long time but since the start of my weight loss journey I have lost 24 pounds. I am starting medifast to help me lose another 48 pounds. :mrgreen:

This has NOT been a good few days for me :(

I swear I have NOT cheated (that I know of) since I started this on March 26th .... I am now into my week 3 and have been getting these horrible hunger headaches everyday! The kind that squeeze right across your temples and your eyes.

Anyone try the new Diet Dr. Pepper Berries and Cream? I really like it. I was afraid the berries would be too much, but the stronger flavor is the cream to me. I think the added sweetness makes it taste really close to a real DP. I've never really liked Diet DP because of the after taste, but this leaves me thinking I'm drinking the real thing. I'm sure a lot of that has to ...

okay as you might can tell I do not cook alot. I want to try steak but I have know idea a good lean kind such as when I go to a restraunt what kind can I order?
