I hit the wonderful land of onederland! What a nice little present to myself for my 6 month birthday on the life changing, life saving, miracle of Medifast!

Hello all. Today was the end of the two week mark for me and I didn't lose a thing. Last week I lost 12.5 pounds and was ectatic but this week... nothing. I will admit that I did cheat once on Tuesday because it was my birthday. I had half of a baked potato that came with my filet mignon but thats it. I ate at about 5:30 and went for a walf after dinner ...

Ok. I am laughing. Have to tell you guys... I saw my ex boyfriend and his new girlfriend at the Super Walmart tonight. Keep in mind- since we broke up I have lost 35 pounds. I did not relize what a huge difference it made... I walked up and introduced myself, his mouth just dropped open, and stayed open and she just kept telling my how pretty I am.

If a bag of dog food weighed 10 pounds, I've lost 4 of them! I'm so excited. I started on the program January 3rd to get off my baby weight. I have 9 pounds left to go & have lost 41 pounds in the last 14 weeks (with not one cheat!). This is definitely the way to do it. The first time around I did pretty well for awhile, then I did lots of days ...

Tonight at dinner my daughter poured me a 6 oz. cup of skim milk forgetting that I'm not drinking milk anymore. :guzzle: As I was eating my L&G, I drank the milk -- actually, not thinking either. Then I suddenly realized that I drank about 4 oz. of it and that I shouldn't have. :dooh: Is this going to ...

I was wondering if anyone has any solutions for this. I have a rash on my face that won't go away and it's unbearable since it's very itchy! I've tried creams. I've tried using pimple medication but nothing seems to work. The rash started last month when I started Medifast.

Help!! I'm tired of having an itchy face and rash!

I know you all have noticed what beautiful gals ( I mean, gorgeous!) and handsome guys who post on this Forum, that you could meet anywhere.

My greatest idea yet is this: Why not post a photo of each of us on our individual avatars as some already have.

Most of you already have some :cool: avatars, you know, animals, pretty faces,graphics, etc.. but it's really not ...

I am going out of town today and I got up much earlier than usual. In order to fit everything in correctly, I need four of my medifast packets and my lean and green before I get off work at 6:30. It's not a problem, because I can fit everything in every 2-3 hours. With this, my final medifast meal will be at around 9:00-9:30 tonight.
