Howdy, new guy here. I'm on day five and although there are no hunger problems, I'm feeling a little tired. I assume that's the metabolism change talking. I've always been a fan of Sugar Free Red Bull - 10 calories and 3 g carbs per can. Having one (no more than one a day, and not every day at that) seems to pick me up. I do it to keep my weight down and I feel really good on the program.

I didt it! I must say getting down into the 60s was more exciting. After seeing another pound's loss on the scale this morning, I didn't even realize that it put me over 20 pounds lost! Can't wait for the 50s!

I still have a Chai Latte to trade {minus one pack} box {I tried and didn't like}. I didn't really care for it. If anyone is interested in trading. Please pm me soon.
