its week 2 for me and i feel good. Today i actually did 30 minutes on my tread mill. I am assuming now that I wont lose as much weight this ...

My scale is stuck at 214.8. Well, it is not the scale, because I put the kids on it and they weighed correctly... So, I am stuck. Is there something I can do to get it going again? I wont make my July goal if it stays like that...

I want to know where I can report a major infraction of the rules! (well, my rules, but to me they are THE rules!). Who do I tell? Do I have to fill out a complaint form?? :x

I don't know what else to do, so I'm just gonna tattle!

I am finally back!!!!!!! I took a couple of weeks off. Had a few family porblems. But I am back and excited. I am so glad I can come to this board and feel welcomed. I hope everyone had a great easter. :wavie:

Yesterday was a very bad day!

I weighed in for my "Official" 1 month results and here they are.......

I've lost 16.5 lbs- I was hoping to hit the 20# mark but thats ok. Im very happy. Im under my pre-baby weight from 3 years ago!
I've also lost a total of 7 inches in my bust,waist and hips.

I am trying to figure out what is going wrong.

I did great the first week on the plan, second week I did great until I went to my brothers for Easter weekend, but still managed to stay mostly compliant, however I did feel like I was starting over on Sunday, which I did....

Hey there MF pals,

Can someone tell me if this is normal.I have been on MF for 10 full days and the first 6 I saw a slow decline in weight every day,then on my 7th day it stoped.I have weighed the same for the last 4 mornings.
Is this common so early in the program.I thought for sure the first 2 weeks would show the most weight loss.Then maybe slow a little.
