I recently made a chart of the different classes of MF products and their carb range. Of course, you don't have to count carbs on MF but since I became a little more aware of what I was eating, and switching things around, my weight loss has increased. So, if you reach a stall, you may want to choose lower carb items for your day.

GOOD MORNING Everyone!

So, I decided to go 'shopping' in my closet, you know, pull out the old clothes from "I can't fit into that anymore" LAND.

I pulled out these AMAZING camel colored slacks, you know the kind - they look really SMART and SASSY! nice cuffs at the bottom, pockets, very slimming looking.

I put them on and UH, not only did they FIT, but they are dare I say, at little BIG!!!!!!! ...

I have a funny story about not being recognizied that I mentioned in another post but decided to create my own post so that everyone could get a chuckle.

I'm just wondering if anyone has found that their taste for things has changed? I have always loved coffee but I tried to have a cup today and I couldn't drink it because it tasted so nasty! :(

Hello new friends ! I am a new member, and missed the Sunday weigh in. Sunday was one week, and I lost 11.2 pounds........just needed to WOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO for myself and everyone out there. Have a great week !

A week from Saturday is my husband's company Crawfish boil. That is my ultimate weakness....I absolutely love Crawfish.....it is a delcasey of the South, for those who don't know what it is....an it's my first time having them this year.....I know I am going to be hungry for I have a class that morning...and I'll be coming from that to the picnic.....it's going to be hard....but I hope I can do it....

Today is my 4th day doing MF - and I love it! I've done every program there is to do, but nothing has been easier for me. I love not having to prepare fancy meals, to shop for food, or count points and calories!
Because I don't have to think about food on MF, I don't think about food - that's a miracle for me!! This Friday it will be 1 full week, so I'll ...
