Is everyone still sleep because you "lost an hour" last night? Well, I am exactly -1lb for this week. Of course i wish it were more but i'll take it. I will rant a little in my journal. Hope everyone had a great week and has a great one to coming!

I've ordered 4 weeks of medifast. I'm 50 and have fought weight my whole life. I had gastric bypass surgery, got skinny very fast and have since gained my weight back 5 years later. I want a kick start to get thin again and now I think I finally know better on how to monitor it, or do I?

I noticed that this site has been really slow the past week. When I try to open the website it actually takes a few minutes to load. I know it's not my connection, because I was on another flash site first with no problem.

How do you make your pudding?
I like the taste of both the choco and vanilla, but the consistancy is never right when I follow the directions.. and experimenting has not given good results either.

I usually take 4oz old water, as it suggests, dump the pkt in and whisk with a fork. it's always lumpy and/or has pockets of dry powder no matter how much I whisk it. I've tried making 2 pkts at ...

I have 11 Chocolate Mint and 14 Chocolate Crunch bars I wold love to trade.....
