I promised some friends and co-workers this and I've stuck to it. I promised that when I got under 200lbs, I would get rid of my security blanket. What is this girl's security blanket? It is a sweatshirt, tied around my waist EVERYWHERE I went. Yup, even when it was Darned hot outside!

Hi everyone! I've been a MF'r since Jan 3 this year, and I've been thrilled to have lost 70 lbs. so far. However, in the last month the weight loss has slowed dramatically, to less than a pound a week, even to a standstill, and I've been wondering if I need to change something in my program or is this plateau/slowdown inevitable, and I just need to ride it out?

Hi there-
Tomorrow will be the end of week 5 for me and Im down almost 20 lbs. Well, this week I am extremely hungry. It feels like day 1 all over again. Im sticking with the plan so the only thing I can think of is PMS- I always get real "munchy."

Any suggestions? Im determined to see the 20# loss tomorrow.
