This happened by accident and isn't really a "recipe", but it was quite good.

I slipped a chocolate RTD in the freezer to chill it and forgot about it...I ate it frozen and it was like having a big fudgecicle....I was delighted.

I have been on this for 3 weeks starting me 4th tomorrow..
I wanted to ask has any one noticed their finger nails growing faster?

Wow I didnt no if it was the protein or what.. But mine seem to be better and growing.. So didnt no and wanted to ask.. Silly maybe but interesting.

I just ordered my first Medifast. I am 5'7, 239, and my BMI is 38. I have to lose at least 90 pounds. I am hoping that Medifast will get me there. I am very excited, I see where it has worked for so many of you, I just hope I can have the will power.
