I asked my Dr what my highest weight was and he said I was 243 in October! That was when I got married. I was in shock! Now THAT is my highest weight ever! Thank God I am not there now. So I guess I have actually lost a total of 45.4 pounds since then. WOWIE!

Okay gang, I need a little input here. I have realized I am having a complete psychological block. I've been on medifast since Jan. 15th and was doing well (inspite of having stomach problems).
