I opened a packet of Chicken and Wild Rice, dumped it in the pan, and noticed all that was in the packet was the veggies and rice. No "powder" included. I thought the packet felt awfully light...

Today is my ONE MONTH Anniversary of Starting MF.....I have to say that I have never kept with a diet this long and NOT CHEATED!

I have learned a lot about myself this last month and had a lot of AH HA moments. I FINALLY learned with 'real' portion sizes look like. I realized that I don't have to be gut-busting FULL to be 'full'. I have a lot more energy. ...

I know the quick start guide says 5 & 1 but what happens if it is the end of the day and I am just not hungry for any more food? What happens if I don't eat the 5 & 1? Yesterday I had my Lean & green at 7:30pm and that was my 4th meal of the day. I was not hungry at all for the other two meals.
