Well, I am sure that now, it is so much for today's 2# loss.

I cannot believe what I did. I just had my L&G, spinach salad with mushrooms, and Walden Farms Dressing--Right? Until I added, get this, 7oz of Boar's Head Oven Gold Turkey breast to it!!! :x Yikes!!! I want to say that it was a senior moment, even though the goof wasn't ...

Went golfing this morning with oldest son. It was only 9 holes at a local public course. there are a couple of little "valleys" that you need to get across, and because I have had problems with my knees, especially when going downhill, we've been taking a motorized cart. ><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/18/18_12_5.gif' border=0>


(At least that's what I've been telling my son...truth is, I don't think I could have made it UP the hill without going ...

So I had one of those cheapie analog scales that I paid like $6 for. I've known it's accurately inaccurate for a while now, but it's all I had. (What I mean here is that it has always been a lower weight than other scales, but accurately a lower weight). Even though I knew this I still had it in my head I weighed x pounds. I just wanted to share these 2 photos. I found the first picture the other day, so I found the clothes I was wearing in the first and had my dh take a photo of me. :) The first picture I wasn't quite at my highest weight...but the 2nd is my 33 lbs lost and LOTS of inches. :) ...

I had a WEIRD Saturday. It was my first day off in a LONG TIME! I was doing some laundry and catching up on my TIVO and stuff. The funny thing is, I’m USED to being busy! Yesterday, I could THINK about food and food only!!

I was STARVING all day! I finally gave up and made some SF jello during the afternoon. I haven’t had a snack in like a month and a half! ...

I was doing so well. Last night I had made it through day 2...almost.

My hubby wanted to go to dinner with some people. I said, Ok...I 'll just get a side salad with ff dressing and some skinless chicken breast. Had it all planned out. I did, but then.....I gave in and ate a roll. That just set me up for the "well...I've already blown it so why bother?" thing. You all know what ...

I can't seem to find this answer anywhere. I see that we can use a small amount of ketchup, mustard or BBQ sauce with out L&G. Doesn't BBQ sauce have sugar? Can we still use it? I could not find ANY sugar-free sauce at the grocery store.
