Does anyone know if ZipFizz is alright on the MF Plan?

Costco sells it and I had been using way before I started on MF, but have been hesitant to use it since I started the program in late March. Essentially its an energy drink that comes in granulated form in little single serving tubes and you just add it to 16 to 20 ozs. of water.

What do we do about headaches. I had one immediatly saturday morning when I had my first medifast oatmeal, it eased up after staying in bed most of saturday, sunday just a mild on. But now, I have a bad headache again. Is this normal..and what should I do. I took excedrin already, but it is not helping.

One of my good friends got a job today, and I think we're going to go celebrate tonight. I'm leaning towards Outback because it should be fairly easy to stay on plan. It's a little daunting, but I think I can do it! I was thinking if I ordered a large outback special I could cut it in half and have the second piece for dinner tomorrow. Has anyone else tried this?
