I still suck at MF. I feel like a looser that can't loose weight. Not that I really think of myself as a looser--I think I am just stuck in self-pity.

I'm on Day 4 and when I came home from work I got on the scale and it said I had lost 7.6 pounds! Whoa baby! I'm so happy right now. I know the weight loss will slow down and I also know that some of it's water weight. I'm taking it!
Hi, I did MF about four years ago, lost approx. 60 pounds, kept it off for two years, until I became pregnant and depressed, at which point I had a net gain of 60 pounds after giving birth.

1. Complaining does not help you lose weight.
2.SHUT up and SHAKE...meaning shut up quit complaining you are fat and shake.
