I am having, well have been having since starting MF, a horrible craving for milk. I will drink skim milk if I need to, but I just really need to drink some milk. The quick start says skim milk is okay with coffee and tea, but can I just drink a glass of milk? I don't want to ruin my diet, but I need this. I don't think it is just a craving. I just ...

This picture was taken a couple weeks before I started MF. I'm going to guess I was around my starting weight of 238, but I hadn't been stepping on the scale so I can't be super certain.



Update: June 17, 2006. Here are pictures of me at 211. I bought those capris that morning. They are a size 16 MISSES which is quite a difference from the size 20 WOMENS in my before pic. ...

Heres what I got:

I have 6 boxes with 7 packets in each box of the MF Cheddar Soy Crisps.

I will trade two boxes for every one regular MF product. Chocolate Devine Bars, Carmel Nut Bars, Oatmeal, Chocolate Pudding or Hot Cocoa.

Example: 2 Boxes of my Cheddar Crisps for 1 box Hot Cocoa

If anyone takes my 5 packets of Minestrone and trades me 6 packets of Chicken Noodle Soup ...

I have a full box of Cream of Brocolli and six packets of Swiss Mocha (70). I would prefer to trade both at the same time, but I could split them if I have to.

It took a day longer than expected, but I'm back on Medifast. I took my week off for Las Vegas and planned to start back yesterday (Monday)...but I slipped up and ate a normal meal.

It's ok though, I did that during my original start date as well. I learned that starting on this plan is much easier on work days for me, so today (my first day back at work) is my new "return" ...

I have 1 box of f&n bars and 10 packets of mocha 55 I'd love to trade for...basically anything else! LOL! I'd love another box of bars (any kind) for the F&N and soups for the mocha shakes, but let me know what you're willing to part with. :)
