The teriyaki sauce worked out quite well, so I was hoping for some more help on other things.

At the top of my list would be a sauce for restaurant style sesame chicken.

I would also love to find a recipe for some sweet bbq sauce or chinese sweet and sour.

My name is Dorothyann and I started on MF this past Monday 5/15/06. So far everything is going well. I have lost 5 lbs to date, and am feeling pretty good. I'm 48 - mother of 2 older (beautiful) daughters - one is 18 and the other is 21. Just got back from the Doctor's office and got my official 3rd party verification for my 5 week loss. 35lbs was the total loss for the 5 weeks! And my BP is now in a very acceptable range to boot! I go back in 3 weeks for another vist and a blood work-up. Will be interesting to see what my cholesterol levels are. They were well within normal when I started so I am interested ...

Been looking at the program for weeks, and ordered stuff- started Monday after a weekend of ultimate indulgence. Gained 2 pounds in the process.

So far I'm down 5, which I'll say because it makes me feel better, but really it is 3 if you don't count the "weekend of great sin". :roll:
