Chicken & Wild Rice Soup!

I'm not sure of the exact quantity, but I have some chicken and wild rice soup I'd love to trade. I have over one full box, I would guess 10 packets, and can check specifics for anyone interested. I am new to Medifast

I just started Medifast last Friday 4/18/08, and have been doing good, it was tougher on some days because I did not realize I was not eating enough for my lean meal, today is day 6. I am weighing tomorrow, after the 1st week. Please let me know what is to come in week 2.

How do you measure your veggies?

Hi, I am a little confused on how to measure my veggies. Example, asparagus is in long stocks, so I cant measure 1 1/2 cups. Also there is a big difference between broccoli stalks and chopped broccoli. I find this to be the case with alot of things. There are alot more string beans in a cup and an half then in green beans. HOLY COW!!!!!!!!! I am Pregnant??????????

So, I have a ton of stuff I will be selling. I have about 60-70 bars, almost two boxes of RTD chocolate, a bunch of shakes and pudding, oatmeal and snacks, etc!
