Ok, so my wife decided to post on here so I am going to also! I have lost 28.5 pounds in 4 weeks!! It is amazing how once you get past the first couple days to a week you start to feel ok about not stuffing your face!! ;)

I would be so grateful if someone has a ranch dressing recipe. I am wanting some ranch dressing soooo bad. We have all this fresh garden lettuce to eat and my family keeps eating ranch dressing on their salads and I want one too! :oops: I am not going to do it, so I have been thinking of what to make a ranch dressing with that might ...

to do the complete fast for a few days and then one or two days of the 5 & 1? i really prefer the complete program, but i have found that after a few days i really need one meal. then i'm fine.
what do you guys think?

This has been a rough weekend, with my graduation and all, i had to work today and i was able to only eat a bite of eggs that the kids cooked for my graduation breakfast (the boys shelter didnt know i was on a diet and i didnt want to hurt the kids feelings, the 9 year old almost cried when i said wast gonna eat) then my mom had ordered pizza for dinner and ...

My boss is getting married tomorrow, and of course, all of my nicer clothes are way too big for me now, so I had to go shopping today for a new skirt to wear tomorrow.

I went to Avenue, and went to the big girls side and pulled a size 16 pant off the rack, (I started in a size 20/22), just to see where to start. Went into the dressing room while my dh ...

I will trade for shakes except banana, cappacino, bars, oatmeal or chili.

Here is what I have:
1 box-minestrone
1 box- Chicken noodle soup
1 box- chai latte

1 pack of tomato soup
1 pack of cream of broccoli

OOOOH,

Here I am thinking too much again. OK here we go. I had a taco salad for me L&G (just meat, tomatoes, lettuce and a little taco sauce). But then I thought I would get inventive and spruce it up some by using a pack of my soy crisps on it for some extra crunchiness. It wasn't bad, but I will not waste my soy crisps on it again. They are better alone.
