Does anybody else like lox? Usually I will have it on a big bagel slathered with cream cheese as well :) But in staying with the Medifast tradition...

Can I have a cold lox platter with cooked veggies for dinner? Do I just measure a 7- ounce portion?

Can someone please help me here. I am reading the Quick Start Guide, but I can't figure out if I can have 2c of raw broccoli/cauliflower or not. I will not be eating a salad. I was gonna use my raw broccoli/cauliflower combo as my salad portion, so I am hoping it is OK to eat the 2 cups. I wanted something different.

Would that be OK?

I had a little mis-hap - we went to Cracker Barrell - UGH, but I am happy to say I am on MF and after all of that - I didn't gain, but I did excercise too.

I was sooo worried I'd gain.

All of my neighbors are doing a TriAthalon and I am considering doing a Mini-Triathalon in the Fall...........it feels good to ...

Can orders be shipped to PO Boxes (either here or through the main site)? I was trying to figure this out today, but I can't find any info on the main site without placing the order.

Hey guys, let me tell ya I have been off the plan for almost a week now, I did not run out of food yet BUT... I am pregnant... AGAIN!!! ARGH! Well let me warn you all, you ARE more fertile when you are losing weight, so be VERY CAREFUL.

This will be our last one lol.. hubby is going on a visit to the doctor's soon! ...

I had a special trip to florida for a sculpting seminar, and I got off plan. My intent was immediately returning get back on, but I found it so difficult. So I have been off plan for 12 days.


But not any longer. Today is a new fresh start! I am off to update my numbers. I gained 4 pounds back! :(

I got an okay from my doctor last week, so I will be starting my program as soon as I move to Arizona next week! I am around 202lbs now, and hope to lose at least 50 lbs in the next six months (BMI ~22). I am really excited about this program. A friend of mine has lost around 60lbs, and I am encouraged by many of the results that I've seen here.

Im still on my way! while i did have a kinda hard week and i cheated here and there, ive mangae to keep my self under control. I am now encorperating working out into my diet! Medifast said to wait to week 4 but it was time for me to start now! I really am motivated! ...

I have a box of chai latte i will trade for cappacino or oatmeal.
I also have a box of minestrone I will trade 7 packets for 4 packets of something else. Send me a message if you wanna trade. I can ship tomorrow.
