Hi guys! I wanted to see what kind of advice you folks might have for me... I recently found out I'm pregnant and am trying to figure out a good plan for my eating. Today, I did the 5 and 1. I had a salad for lunch with chicken. For dinner, I had my chicken noodle soup and added some veggies, as well. I also had about 1/2 cup of whole grain pasta w/ sauce. ...

I have decided to take another weight loss route but I have tons of Medifast I need to get rid of. The majority of is has recently expired. Some products have not. Please let me know if anyone is interested in products at a very cheap price. I will be listing them.

I dropped another 2 lbs, but TOM is here so should be a good loss when he goes home.

I'm determined re: the Memorial Day push, I'm not going to the parades and all the summer activities looking like a blimp this year.
